Maple Press has a rich history in book manufacturing that spans more than a century. Our book manufacturing capabilities have been complemented by book distribution services over the last forty years. Currently, four state-of-the-art facilities effectively meet the needs of our customers.
Our book manufacturing operations are located at Maple Press in York, Pennsylvania. At this site, over 13 million hardcover and papercover books are produced annually in a variety of trim sizes and bind styles. Our combination of offset, inkjet, and digital presses gives us the flexibility to cost effectively provide book manufacturing services for a wide range of order quantities. This is enhanced by an internal book component manufacturing program and digital book manufacturing equipment for ultra-short runs. The combination of these capabilities solidifies our ability to provide one-stop shopping in all aspects of book manufacturing for our customers.
Maple Logistics Solutions provides book distribution services at three, custom-built distribution centers in York, Lebanon and Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Offering an extensive array of services, these facilities comprise nearly 500,000 square feet and can securely store your products and provide a wide range of third party logistics solutions.
We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our warehouse management system. This robust system supports the shipment of the vast majority of our orders within 24 hours.
All three of the locations that provide distribution services are strategically located near major trucking routes and bulk mail centers to minimize transportation and mailing costs.
